Yes! Our Starter plan is free forever with core CRM features. You can also start a 14-day free trial of any paid plan with no credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and PayPal.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?

How does the WhatsApp AI assistant work?
Our AI connects to your WhatsApp Business account, qualifies incoming leads, answers FAQs, and routes conversations to the right agent. It works 24/7 and learns from your data over time.
Can I use only specific modules?
Yes. You can start with CRM and add modules like HRM, inventory, or helpdesk as your needs grow. Each module is available based on your plan.
Does Orbix have an API?
Yes. Our Pro and Enterprise plans include API access for custom integrations with your existing tools and systems.
Security & Data
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use TLS encryption for data in transit, encryption at rest, multi-tenant data isolation, and role-based access controls. Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure.
Do you sell my data?
Never. Your data is yours. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your data at any time from the platform. Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export before data is removed.
Where are your servers located?
Our infrastructure runs on leading cloud providers with servers in multiple regions. Enterprise customers can choose their preferred data region.

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST. Enterprise customers receive extended support hours and dedicated account managers.
