Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Orbix ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Orbix provides an all-in-one business platform including CRM, AI-powered sales assistant, WhatsApp integration, HRM, inventory management, helpdesk, analytics, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Account and Use
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, violate applicable laws, or use it for spam, harassment, or harmful purposes.
4. Payment and Subscription
Paid plans are billed according to the selected plan (monthly or annual). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance. Annual plans receive a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, and documentation, is owned by Orbix or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service.
7. Service Level
We strive for 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees with defined remedies for downtime.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) upload malicious code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (d) send unsolicited messages (spam) through our WhatsApp integration; (e) exceed reasonable usage limits that impact other users.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms with notice where appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but you may export your data within 30 days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-product notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
